SARA ALDERFER Group exercise instructor and personal trainer for 20 years I have a passion for helping people surprise themselves. We all can accomplish anything that’s important to us!
Over the years I’ve worked with women who have lost hundreds of pounds, run their first races, ridden their first centuries, and found strength they never knew they had. The transformations are inspirational. I believe that taking care of our bodies is a service to our minds and spirits and that a well rounded exercise program incorporates all the things we love and just enough of the other stuff we need. I practice what I preach so when I’m not at LOA I’m probably training for a marathon, a century, or a triathlon, and balancing it all out with a nice vigorous yoga practice. Nationally certified in Spinning, YogaFit, Ashtanga yoga, Body Pump, Strength and Conditioning, Kickboxing, BOSU, and Personal Training.
