All of our treadmills have padded surfaces to aid in making any impact easier on your body. They also  have digital screens that provide a continual display of varying aspects of your workout including your burned calories and distance covered. Speed and incline can always be adjusted to your comfort level. If for any reason you need to immediately end your workout, safety clips provide an instant stop of the machine.

The eliptical provides cardio conditioning while strengthening several different muscle groups. It combines a crossramp motion with the eliptical movement.

Designed to help strengthen the gluteus maximus, this machine works the larger gluteus while avoiding any risk of overloading the spine. Strengthening your gluteus helps support the lower body. Works: Gluteus Maximus, Quadriceps.

Inner Thigh Machine

This machine helps strenghten and tone the inner thigh muscles. Your inner thighs help you move your leg inward toward the midline of the body. Works: Adductor Magnus, Adductor Brevis, Adductor Longus.
