PILATES- Focuses on developing strength through the core of the body, back, abdomen, hips, and pelvis to give overall body fitness, elongated muscles and balance between body and mind. You will also benefit from improved posture, increased lung capacity, increased strength and flexibility.

INTERMITTENT INTERVALS - straightforward enough or beginners & those who like uncomplicated exercise but as intense as anyone needs it to be! Intermittent intervals are a mix of high energy cardio and strength segments designed to work your whole body. The format may vary from week to week to keep things interesting and energizing.

The Latin based music for Zumba has been created with specific tempo changes to transition the workout from one toning, strengthening or cardio move to another while targeting every major muscle group.
