CARDIO — get your heart rate up and keep it up. This class is a great chance for you to burn some calories and improve your cardiovascular wellness. Each instructor will bring their unique flair and expertise (think floor, step, and BOSU aerobics). Variety is the spice of life!

CARDIO & STRENGTH — A blend of cardiovascular exercise and strength training, sometimes interval style, sometimes a more traditional split, always a great total body workout. A mix of exercise modes and training tools (think body bars, gliders, BOSUs, dumbbells, bands and medicine balls) sure to keep you moving and motivated.| PAM | LEAH | GRETCHEN

GET FIT— A great place to start your fitness journey or get back on track. All the benefits of group exercise, (fun, fitness, friends, not to mention the extra “push” ) but a little less intensity, a little less complexity, and NO INTIMIDATION! INDOOR CYCLING All rides are designed for all fitness and experience levels. Use these rides to enhance your exercise program and improve your muscular and cardiovascular endurance. Inspiring instructors, motivating music, and challenging class formats will help you make a strong mind body connection so you can exceed your own expectations! PILATES- Focuses on developing strength through the core of the body, back, abdomen, hips, and pelvis to give overall body fitness, elongated muscles and balance between body and mind. You will also benefit from improved posture, increased lung capacity, increased strength and flexibility.

INTERMITTENT INTERVALS - straightforward enough or beginners & those who like uncomplicated exercise but as intense as anyone needs it to be! Intermittent intervals are a mix of high energy cardio and strength segments designed to work your whole body. The format may vary from week to week to keep things interesting and energizing.

STRENGTH — Change your body composition with strength training exercises that target all of your major muscle groups. Using weights that are appropriate but challenging for your level, you’ll work to get a stronger more lean body.

SATURDAY SPECIAL — Why not work a little harder and burn a few extra calories in this super cardio class. Leave it up to your instructor to pick a jam-packed format that’s sure to get your weekend off to a great start.

YOGA FLOW — An invigorating practice. This vinyasa style class is designed to improve energy, strength and flexibility. Your breath and your instructor will guide you through the postures no matter your experience, every posture can be modified. Let go of expectations and enjoy the process!

Zumba - Let's get the party started! Join us for one hour of exciting, calorie burning, body energizing, easy to follow movement. The Latin based music for Zumba has been created with specific tempo changes to transition the workout from one toning, strengthening or cardio move to another while targeting every major muscle group. So much fun you may not even know you're working out!

TRX CIRCUIT- Complete cross training with functional core and balance moves incorporating lower body, upper body, core and cardio with recovery intervals.

TRX Core Fusion - Core fusion is a functional, total body workout modeled after Pilates' principles of training which targets core stability and fluid movement in the arms and legs. Exercises will be performed utilizing the TRX suspension trainer with a focus on quality of movement and conscious muscle control. All fitness levels welcome.
