We started Lady of America January 6th, 2003. Our mission is to provide a clean, safe, friendly environment in which to help all women reach their fitness goals. We’ve been in business for over six years and we feel great about all we’ve done at Lady of America. We’re always working hard to improve anything that we can regarding our business. Our team of employees are the best! They certainly believe in our mission, which is about treating people the way you’d like to be treated. The instructors and trainers at LOA are top notch and our standards are very high. We all have a passion for what we do and that includes helping out in our community in many different ways.

Our club offers strength-training equipment manufactured by Gervasport, designed specifically for women, and cardio equipment by Precor and Lfe Fitness. We also offer more than 30 group fitness classes that are conveniently scheduled to fit your busy lifestyle.

Wait until you try our aerobic floor! Our “floating” floor, unique to Lady of America, is specifically designed to minimize impact on your joints. You will enjoy the benefits of the workout without worrying about the aches and pains that are associated with the usual aerobic floor.

Our Fitness Instructors and Personal Trainers are nationally certified and are the best in the Cheshire County area. The variety of classes and instructors will help you to achieve your fitness goals. We strongly encourage you to try them all. Experience the benefits that come from effective cross training.

Our child care room is called the Joy room, dedicated on April 6th 2006 to our good friend Joy Schoefmann who worked as our child care coordinater for three years and has since passed away. Your children will delight in the warm inviting atmosphere provided by the child care staff, in our special room richly accented by the beautiful murals.
